Description
The Manager, Consulting Practice is responsible for supporting the operational and strategic success of the ERP consulting practice. This role involves managing a team of consultants, overseeing the delivery of ERP solutions to clients, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to drive process improvements, manage client relationships, and support the growth of the consulting practice.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Manage the daily operations of the consulting team, ensuring the timely delivery of ERP solutions
- Oversee the execution of ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine business strategies for the consulting practice
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure project success
- Provide guidance and support to consultants, ensuring the development of their skills and knowledge
- Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues
- Contribute to the development and improvement of consulting practices and methodologies
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in managing consulting teams and ERP implementation projects
- Experience with ERP systems and their implementation across business functions
- Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Experience in client relationship management and project delivery
- Experience identifying operational challenges and driving solutions to improve delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems or SaaS solutions
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
- Certification in ERP systems or project management
- Familiarity with ERP system integration and optimization strategies
- Industry-specific experience aligned to ERP applications and best practices
