1. Business Origination & Client Management
- Support the origination of new business by researching and identifying potential global clients and investment opportunities.
- Analyze global capital trends, track investor mandates, and provide insights to senior team members to inform business development strategy.
- Assist in preparing for client meetings and developing tailored strategies to meet the unique objectives of institutional and family office clients.
- Help maintain and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients through proactive communication and follow-up.
2. Marketing & Presentation
- Play a key role in the development of exceptional marketing materials, including pitch books, investment memorandums, and bespoke client presentations.
- Conduct in-depth market and asset-level research to build compelling investment narratives.
- Ensure all client-facing materials are produced to the highest standard of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
3. Transaction Execution
- Perform detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation modeling for various real estate asset classes.
- Coordinate the due diligence process, acting as a key point of contact between clients, legal counsel, and third-party advisors.
- Assist in managing transaction timelines and ensuring all key milestones are met efficiently.
- Support senior team members during negotiations and the preparation of closing documentation.
