Our client, a leader in innovative therapeutic solutions for structural heart disease and advanced critical care technologies, is seeking a Manager for Market Access. Based in Tokyo, Japan, this role reports to the Director of Market Access, Japan.
Description
* Collaborate with various teams including Public Affairs, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs to align Market Access goals.
* Develop reimbursement and health technology assessment submissions in partnership with the commercial team.
* Create economic models and materials to articulate the value message of new technologies.
* Coordinate with Government Affairs for lobbying efforts to increase therapy awareness and achieve reimbursement goals.
* Provide consultation on clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence interpretation.
* Develop commercial strategies to enhance access for launched products in the region.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in life science, health economics, or related field required; advanced degree desirable.
* Minimum five years of relevant experience in Medtech-related Health Economics, Reimbursement, or Market Access.
* Strong understanding of the Japan market access environment and ability to incorporate regional requirements into strategic plans.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex matters.
* Exceptional project management skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
