Report to Head of Aftermarket Marketing Asia Pacific

Tasks

  • Marketing support of all visuals, POS materials such as brochures, flyers, etc for distributors and workshops
  • Organize external and internal events and PR activities (e.g. Tokyo Auto Service Show etc)
  • Category management for new product development and creating new product launch strategy
  • Price management for selling price calculation, set up pricing in SAP system and reporting with KPIs regularly
  • Create annual commercial policy for domestic and overseas customers
  • Channel solutions for specific channels (e.g. e-commerce business development)
  • Plan and implement customer activity such as authorized distributors meeting and learning trip
  • Manage the Marketing budget and cost tracking to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget
  • Engage with sales teams to coordinate and maximize impact of marketing activities
  • Spare parts number update with 3rd party catalogue provider (e.g. BroadLeaf, Techdoc)
  • Monthly Report: Market analysis, Pricing report and spare parts maintenance updates
  • Weekly Report: To organize new product development meeting with Product managers in APAC
  • Regular communication with existing and prospective customers
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions

Education and experience level

  • University bachelor’s degree or above
  • Experience and knowledge in Automotive aftermarket business or OEM business is mandatory
  • Knowledge of marketing, especially product and channel marketing is mandatory
  • SAP experience / knowledge is a big plus

Languages,Skills and Qualifications

Native Japanese and business English language skills
