このたびMedical Affairsチームでは、Medical Science Liaison（MSL） を募集しています。
本ポジションはField Medical Leadにレポートし、免疫グロブリン（IG）を中心とした免疫疾患・神経免疫疾患・血液疾患領域において、医学専門家との科学的パートナーシップを構築しながら、Medical Strategyの実行と患者さんへの価値提供を推進いただきます。
Your Role
医学専門家との関係構築・科学交流
KOLや医療従事者（HCP）との長期的な信頼関係を構築し、科学的交流を推進する
医学・科学情報に関する窓口として、適切かつタイムリーな情報提供を行う
医学的インサイトを収集し、患者さんへの価値創出につなげる
医学戦略の推進
ブランドチームおよびクロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、Medical Strategyの策定・実行に貢献する
医療現場から得られる知見を組織へ共有し、製品ライフサイクルマネジメントを支援する
エビデンス創出・研究支援
Scientific Advisory Board、学会、医学教育プログラムの企画・運営を支援する
Investigator Initiated Study（IIS）や共同研究、臨床試験関連活動をサポートする
データギャップの特定およびエビデンス創出活動に貢献する
治療領域エキスパートとしての役割
Immunoglobulinおよび関連疾患領域における高度な専門知識を維持・発展させる
最新の医学情報や競合環境を継続的に把握し、社内外へ知見を提供する
Scientific TrainingやEducation活動を通じて知識共有を推進する
Your Skills and Experience
MSLとしてのご経験、もしくはMedical Affairs、Clinical Development等のメディカル機能における経験
免疫グロブリン領域に関する知識・経験、または免疫・神経免疫・血液疾患領域におけるバックグラウンド
薬学、医学、生命科学、看護学等の関連分野の学位（PhD、PharmD、MD歓迎）
製薬またはバイオ医薬品業界での経験
科学的知見を活用したステークホルダーエンゲージメント能力
医療従事者やKOLとの信頼関係構築力
高い自律性、優れたコミュニケーション能力
日本語（ネイティブレベル）、英語（ビジネスレベル）
勤務環境
フィールドベースポジション
国内出張あり（70％程度）
必要に応じて海外出張あり
