This is a new role at Red Bull Japan, where you will partner with key wholesalers to develop innovative commercial and supply strategies, expand market reach, and drive performance across the national landscape.
Job Description
Strategic Account Development
Build strong, long-term relationships with leading wholesalers and retail partners and create new business opportunities.
Commercial and Supply Excellence
Negotiate and implement demand and supply terms to improve distribution reach, expand availability, and optimize efficiency.
Execution and Performance Management
Monitor performance against targets and ensure delivery on sales volume, profitability, and distribution KPIs. Execute agreed plans and promotions with excellence.
Stakeholder Alignment
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations as well as external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Change Leadership
Drive transformation initiatives, support adoption of new processes, and contribute to the evolution of the go-to-market strategy in Japan.
