Description
* Manage office facility Office, liaise with building management and property owner
* Ensure Fire and disaster prevention and measures are in place as regulated
* Support with documents and vendor payment invoice by working closely with finance department
* Arrange business trips and company visitors
* Collaborate with HR, maintaining personnel records, arranging interviews, event coordination
Profile
* Fluent in English and native level Japanese
* Office Manager or relevant working experience in international environment
* Attention to details, strong communication skills
* Excellent organizing and planning skills
* Strong command on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
