Purpose of Position

The role will be stationed in overseas production sites and be responsible for managing the production site, maximizing production output & efficiency as well as taking part in improvement projects
Job Description
- Organize and supervise the site operation to achieve company’s business objectives
- Monitor processes of production, assembly, picking and packing. Ensure operational efficiency and implement expansion plans
- Solve or report any practical and order problems in production
- Monitor performance of outsourced service providers
- Implement the SOPs and make suggestions when necessary
- Perform staff training, team supporting and coaching
- As a first point of contact for logistics issue related to retail distribution/local delivery/stock return
- As a contact point between HK logistics team and JP service providers
Requirement
- Tertiary Education/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics or other related discipline
- 5+ years of working experience in production management/operations management
- Professional working proficiency in Japanese and English. Chinese proficiency will be a plus
