Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist will be handling coordination for all incoming and outgoing shipments, in addition process import and export shipping documents (including LC knowledge & Dangerous Goods). Also, answer shipping related enquiries from internal and external customers are some tasks that this role will involve.

Description
* Handling coordination for all incoming and outgoing shipments
* Process import and export shipping documents (including LC knowledge & Dangerous Goods)
* Liaise with customers, transporters, carriers and all other 3rd party vendors
* Answer shipping related enquiries from internal and external customers
* Attend Custom matters
* Work on service level improvements
* To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the Management as and when required.
Profile
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Good knowledge in sea freight and airfreight shipment and consolidation
* Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (both written and verbal),
