JASM is looking for experienced Engineering Technicians to join the Wafer Acceptance Test (WAT) team. Successful candidates will assist engineers in WAT tool operation, recipe creation, and probe card cleaning and delivery.

•Job Description
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Tool operation, new probe card quality certification, image file creation, recipe creation, and performing WAT-related experiments. Must be able to work in a clean room environment.
Assist in WAT probe card maintenance scheduling, cleaning and delivery.
Serving on-duty rotations, create KPI report summaries, and creating/modifying WAT-related macros.
Providing overtime support for urgent cases and available for weekend on-call shifts as needed.
•Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical training.
Ability to execute precision operations with caution, attention to detail, and strong logical thinking skills.
Good communication skills and a strong team spirit.
Familiarity with basic Microsoft Excel skills. Excel VBA Marco skills are a plus.
Physical ability to lift a FOUP containing 25pc wafers (~5kg) or a probe card motherboard (~7 kg).
