Annual salary: 8 Million yen and above

Responsibilities:

  • Handle production support for Teamcenter
  • Resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes
  • Coordinate with customer IT/business teams and Siemens GTAC
  • Support Teamcenter modules (BOM, Change, Document, Classification, Integrations)
  • Participate in onsite status calls, SLA reviews, and escalations
  • Guide L2 teams and contribute to knowledge base and SOPs

Job Qualification:

  • Strong handson experience with Teamcenter PLM (L3 / AMS / Production Support)
  • Good understanding of Teamcenter architecture, workflows, data model, and integrations
  • Exposure to BMIDE / ITK / SOA / AWC preferred
  • Only candidates currently residing and working in Japan (FEFTA resident) are eligible.
  • Mandatory Skills: PLM-Teamcenter Application .
  • Experience: 3-5 Years .

Preferred:

  • Prior onsite Japan project experience
  • Experience in ITILbased AMS environments

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Fluent level English
