We are seeking a highly organized and business-oriented Senior PMO Analyst to drive end-to-end program governance across the entire lifecycle from Sales Opportunities to Solutioning, Transition, and Delivery Execution. The role will act as a strategic bridge between Sales, Pre-Sales/Solutioning, Delivery, Finance, and Practice Leadership to ensure seamless execution, operational excellence, governance, and visibility across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing opportunity pipelines, supporting deal governance, driving delivery readiness, tracking portfolio performance, and executing practice-level strategic initiatives in a consulting, managed services, professional services, or technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity-to-Delivery Governance

  • Manage and govern the end-to-end lifecycle from opportunity identification through project/program delivery.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Managers, and Solution Architects to track opportunities, deal progression, and handoffs.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery teams.
  • Monitor milestone adherence, risks, dependencies, and delivery readiness for won opportunities.
  • Facilitate internal reviews, deal qualification meetings, and project kickoff governance.

Strategic Portfolio & Program Management

  • Track and report portfolio health across multiple accounts, programs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, executive reports, and governance metrics.
  • Ensure alignment of delivery plans with business objectives, customer commitments, and revenue goals.
  • Support resource planning, capacity forecasting, and utilization tracking across practices.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with:
    • Sales Teams
    • Solution Architects
    • Delivery Managers
    • Practice Leaders
    • Finance Teams
    • Executive Leadership
  • Act as a central coordination point for cross-functional teams.
  • Drive accountability and timely closure of action items, risks, and dependencies.

Practice Management & Business Operations

  • Track and govern practice-level initiatives, transformation programs, and operational excellence projects.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
    • Pipeline conversion
    • Win rates
    • Revenue realization
    • Margin performance
    • Resource utilization
    • Delivery health
  • Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs), monthly operating reviews, and leadership governance forums.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and PMO process maturity.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs across programs.
  • Proactively identify delivery, financial, and operational risks.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance standards, delivery methodologies, and reporting requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create executive-level dashboards and presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Analyze business performance trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Automate and enhance PMO reporting using modern analytics and visualization tools.
  • Drive data accuracy and consistency across portfolio reporting systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Management, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in PMO, Program Management Office, Portfolio Management or Business Operations roles.
  • Proven experience working across Sales, Solutioning/Pre-Sales, and Delivery organizations.
  • Experience managing Opportunity-to-Delivery (O2D) processes in IT Services, Consulting, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation environments.
  • Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies.
  • Advanced expertise in:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • PowerPoint
    • Power BI
    • Project Management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-PMOCP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in large-scale IT Services, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or Consulting organizations.
  • Familiarity with financial management, forecasting, revenue tracking, and margin analysis.
  • Experience in delivery governance for cloud, data, AI, ERP, digital transformation, or managed services programs.
