Job Responsibilities:

PMO duties:

  • Progress management, issue management, operational improvement response, facilitating meetings, communication and negotiation with customers and related vendors, managing in-house team members and in-house BP control experience, preparing various documents (business improvement, quotation response, reporting materials, etc.)
  • Support for small-scale project management
  • Various coordination support with related departments, vendors, and clients
  • Support for overseas users
  • Support for business system change reception
  • Support for disaster drill response
  • WBS task management

Job Qualifications:

  • Proactively picking up tasks and not neglecting to report
  • Experience in communication and negotiations with customers and related vendors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in system implementation, development, and operation projects in the financial industry
  • Experience as a project manager
  • Experience in operational operations improvement
  • Able to identify issues, consider concrete actions for improvement, and put them into action

Languages Required: Japanese Native / N1 Certified -English proficiency in Speaking/Reading/Writing
