RESPONSIBILITIES

PR & Communication Activation Planning

  • Plan and design PR and communication activations tailored to the local market, in strict alignment with global brand guidelines
  • Develop activation plans across relevant communication touchpoints to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement in align with marketing team.
  • Lead local planning and execution management for PR and communication activations related to new product launches, new door openings, and events
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Digital, etc.) and external partners to ensure alignment, execution quality, and on-time delivery

Influencer Marketing

  • Plan and execute the social media activations across categories (Fragrance, Makeup and Skincare)
  • Evaluate and select relevant influencers (KOLs & KOCs) to match brand profiling and needs with social agencies.
  • Build and maintain influencer relationships with on-going communication for brand/product exposure to help Coty’s brands to achieve top of mind awareness.
  • Manage the day to day communication with external agencies for campaign briefs, status updates and report management following global reporting template, and participate in monthly business report and/or any ad-hoc business reporting needs.
  • Execute media/consumers/KOLs events such as launch press events, media trips, consumer/influencers “Meet & Greet” event and etc.
  • Manage all paid and unpaid influencer campaigns with agencies and be responsible for all executions to drive negotiations and achieve best-in-class execution in respect with brand spirit/ positioning and global guidelines.
  • Support in 360-development for yearly KOL, KOC, brand ambassador, celebrity collaboration from initial proposals to assets creation
  • Deeply understand the detailed tactics of Influencer management in order to be able to drive traffic to online/offline sales touchpoints through social / KOL activities, and to evaluate the effectiveness with measurable KPIs.
  • Build solid and trackable social measurement standard to ensure the success of influencer marketing
  • Assist in budget tracking and ensuring timely invoicing/billing processes with internal and external parties.

Comprehensive Media Buying Management (Social, Digital, OOH)

  • Identify cross-channel opportunities by integrating paid media assets across digital, social, OOH, and retailer e-commerce platforms to drive meaningful business impact and consumer engagement, including media strategy development and execution.
  • Partner closely with the marketing team to maximize synergy across all paid media touchpoints throughout the consumer journey.
  • Share media performance insights, measurement frameworks, and industry benchmarks across paid media channels with internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
  • Manage media buying and reporting in alignment with global guidelines, ensuring compliance, transparency, and consistency across markets.

Press Relation Management

  • Coordinate with external PR agencies and global brand teams to align on press assets, guidelines, and local implementation requirements.
  • Oversee press asset distribution, gifting and seeding activities through agency partners for press and trade media.
  • Support the development and maintenance of local press relationships via agency collaboration, ensuring appropriate exposure across print, online, social and lifestyle media.
  • Manage the local adaptation of global PR materials through agency partners, ensuring relevance to the local market while strictly adhering to global guidelines.
  • Review and consolidate media coverage and social buzz reports provided by agencies to track visibility and performance.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to make a difference. As an experienced PR & Communication professional, you will share your valuable experience with the team, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you should also have the following requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Communications, PR, Marketing or any relevant discipline
  • Min 5 years of PR / influencer Marketing / Media Promotion preferably in beauty industry and prestige/ luxury brand experience
  • Prior experience working with media/social agency will be added advantage
  • Having the network of all media contacts including Traditional/Digital/Social and relevant lifestyle industry’s Influencers will be a plus
  • Media relation experience will be a plus
  • Consumer Engagement experience will be a plus
  • English language proficiency (both written and oral communication)
  • Well organized, high efficiency & strong multi-tasking management skill in fast-paced environment
