Job Description

Vending machine marketing

Develop marketing tools and value-added concepts that help key accounts and business partners understand the Red Bull opportunity.
Create high quality execution tools, including fully branded vending machines, to improve product availability, point of sale (POS) visibility, brand impact, and rate of sale.

High impact activations

Create distinctive vending machine activations that build brand visibility and deliver impact in the market.
Translate the national strategy into practical programs and tools that teams can implement effectively.

Cross functional partnerships

Collaborate with marketing, sales, distribution, key account, regional, and international stakeholders to maximize the impact of major initiatives.
Manage relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and agency partners while helping teams stay aligned on priorities, concepts, and brand standards.

Planning and performance

Develop the national On Premise marketing business plan in line with international guidelines.
Track, document, and evaluate marketing activities, then share relevant learnings, best practices, and examples from Japan and international markets.

Market opportunities

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Identify new ways to create customer value, improve existing marketing activities, and strengthen Red Bull’s execution at the point of sale.

Knowledge and capability

Build a strong understanding of national and international marketing activities, tools, concepts, and guidelines.
Support training and continuous coaching so that teams understand how to translate marketing direction into effective market execution.

Qualifications

At least two years of experience in marketing and/or sales.

Strong planning and project management capabilities.

Knowledge of trade marketing, ideally including the vending machine business.

Fluent written and spoken Japanese and English.

Confidence using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.

The ability to build positive, collaborative ways of working across teams.

A creative approach to developing solutions and bringing new ideas to life.

Willingness to travel.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
