Job Qualification:
- Approximately 1-3 years of experience in production engineering, process engineering, process improvement, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Business level Japanese, with the ability to communicate smoothly with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers
- Conversational level English or above, with no issue communicating internally and handling emails in English
Preferred Qualification:
- Production engineering experience in the automotive industry
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in equipment introduction or production line launch
- Experience in process improvement or Industrial Engineering (IE)
- Experience using data analysis for improvement activities
- Experience working and negotiating with suppliers
- Knowledge of HVAC or air-conditioning products
- Candidates with process improvement experience from other industries are also welcome.
