求人内容
We are looking for an exceptional individual with a growth mindset.
The below is goal and purpose of this position.
- Development of Manufacturing technology, Quality and Inspection Technology, and those improvements planning and execution.
- Optimization of processing parameters for the best practice to minimize quality defect, waste and process time.
- Introduce new and/or automated inspection methodology.
- Target is to achieve the minimum quality non-conformity and the best production cost.
Main function/responsibility/competencies
- Production process improvement and review for production efficiency.
- To understand process function and set adequate quality gate
- To assess impact of 4M changes
- Issue and revise of SOP
- Quality improvement activity along with company stage gate process
- Root cause analysis and implementation of countermeasure for nonconformity.
資格
- Bachelor’s or higher level with major of Inorganic Chemistry or equivalent
- Beginner level English skills, fluent in Japanese
- More than 3-years of experience as Chemist or process engineer in Chemical industries.
- (Desirable) Experience of FMEA or the other Risk Analysis tools
- (Desirable) Experience of SPC/MSA or the other statistics (DOE, ANOVA, Taguchi method,whatever)
