このポジションは、光工場おける主要な調達ビジネスパートナーとなります。GSQ（グローバルサプライ＆クオリティ）のマネジメントチームや工場内の複数の部門と直接やり取りします。勤務地は大阪(光工場への定期的な出張)または光工場(大阪への定期的な出張)のいずれかとなります。
製造、サプライチェーン、品質(管理)、エンジニアリング、グローバル調達部門と連携し、安定した現場運営、サプライヤーのパフォーマンス、コスト最適化、ポリシー遵守を支援します。これは日々の製造における成功に直接影響を与える協働的で実践的な役割です。
This exciting Position will be the main Procurement Business Partner to the site in Hikari. You will have direct interaction with the GSQ site management team and multiple other functions at the site. Location can be Osaka (regular presence in Hikari is required) or Hikari (with regular travel to Osaka).
You will partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and global Procurement to support stable site operations, supplier performance, cost optimization, and policy compliance. This is a collaborative, hands-on role with direct impact on day-to-day manufacturing success.
職務内容
供給の継続性:サプライヤーパフォーマンスの監視・評価、問題・苦情対応のサポート、必要に応じた予測情報の共有や早期エスカレーションを通じて安定的な供給を支援サポートする。
リスク管理と改善:サプライヤーおよび商品のリスクレビューを主導・支援し、カテゴリーマネージャーと改善計画を協議の上、主要なサプライヤーと共に継続的な改善を推進する。
プロジェクト支援:現場プロジェクトにおける調達SME（専門家：Subject Matter Expert）として活動し、サプライヤー関連のマイルストーン、ステークホルダーの整合性、システムツール(例:SPOT/Wave)を用いた正確な記録を行う。
調達と契約:工場での調達(エンジニアリングサービス/施設/製造)を主導し、調達ガイドラインに沿って交渉およびSOW (業務記述書：Statement of work)を含めた契約を管理する。
コスト管理:CAPEX (資本的支出：Capital Expenditure)およびOPEX（費用：Operating Expenditure）の計画および価格見積もりをサポートし、入札、交渉、仕様最適化を通じて得られた削減額・コスト回避を特定し報告する。
ステークホルダーおよびコンプライアンス:工場の調達窓口として、必要に応じて報告や監査をサポートし、支出が調達方針やプロセスに準拠するよう徹底する。
Continuity of supply: Help prevent disruptions by monitoring supplier performance, supporting issue/complaint handling, sharing forecast inputs as needed, and escalating early.
Risk & improvement: Lead/support supplier and commodity risk reviews and align mitigation plans with Category Managers; drive continuous improvement with key suppliers.
Project support: Act as Procurement SME in site projects; support supplier-related milestones, stakeholder alignment, and accurate tracking in tools (e.g., SPOT/Wave).
Sourcing & contracts: Lead site sourcing (Engineering/Facilities/Manufacturing) and manage negotiations and contracts (incl. SOW), aligned with Procurement guidelines.
Cost management: Support CAPEX/OPEX planning and price estimates; identify and report savings/cost avoidance through bidding, negotiation, and specification optimization.
Stakeholders & compliance: Serve as the site’s Procurement contact, support reporting/audits when needed, and help ensure spend follows Procurement policy and processes.

・製造業界における購買・調達の実務経験およびサプライヤー管理経験 2年以上
・優れた協働スキルとコミュニケーションスキル
・プロセスや契約、正確な文書化に習熟していること
・日本語（流暢）
・英語（中級から上級レベル/口頭及び書面）
歓迎要件:
・規制産業での経験 (例:製薬業界)
・直接資材やOPEX/CAPEX/調達経験
・サプライヤーリスク管理経験
Required:
・Procurement / supplier management (or related) experience in a manufacturing environment
・Strong collaboration and communication skills
・Comfort with processes/contracts and accurate documentation.
Language requirement:
・Fluent Japanese;
・Intermediate to advance level English, verbal and written
Preferred:
・Regulated industry experience (e.g., pharma);
・Direct Material, OPEX / CAPEX / sourcing
・Supplier risk management
出張について
サプライヤーや他の武田の拠点or工場への出張が可能であること。
拠点or工場は山口県光市、大阪市淀川区十三、千葉県成田市にあります。光－大阪間での定期的な出張が発生します。
Able to travel to supplier locations or other Takeda’s locations. The sites located in Hikari-Yamaguchi, Juso-Osaka, & Narita-Chiba. Regular travel will be between Hikari and Osaka
