Currently, we're searching for a Product Development Manager who, while primarily centered on web development tasks, will also have the opportunity to engage with our AI endeavors as they expand their expertise in this domain.
Position Overview
The Product Development Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design, development, and deployment of web-based products. As the candidate's expertise in AI develops, they'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our AI division and potentially spearhead initiatives within that sector.
Key Responsibilities
● Product Development Oversight: Direct the design, development, and deployment of web-based products, ensuring they meet our company's quality standards.
● Quality Assurance: Oversee the QA process, ensuring every web feature aligns with our performance and functionality standards.
● Operation Management: Coordinate with IT and associated departments to ensure optimal deployment and performance of web products.
● TaskManagement: Delegate, prioritize, and track web development tasks, ensuring projects are completed within set timelines.
● Stakeholder Communication: Foster transparent communication between the web development segment and other internal departments.
● Maintain our Agile development process with a focus on supporting the SCRUM approach
● AICollaboration (Future Responsibility): As the role evolves and knowledge in AI deepens, there'll be opportunities to work alongside the AI team, aligning web and AI objectives, and potentially taking on managerial tasks in AI projects.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
● Aminimumof5years of experience in web development management with a track record of managing multiple projects.
● Understanding in key web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
● Comprehensive understanding of QA principles and methodologies.
● Proven capability in operations and task management.
● Akeeninterest in branching into the AI domain.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Business level English, Japanese is a plus.
