Product Manager (Global Start-up LegalTech)

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the development and launch of new features for world's most innovative Legal Document Editing software. This is a full-remote position at a fast-growing global software development company.
(LegalTech background is not required.)

This is start-up international IT company that develops IDE for documents focusing on Legal industry. Using rule-based approach and NLP, similar to coding editors/IDE, the company created latest document editor that allows error checking, reference checking and auto-completion.
With unique approach to innovation and business module, the company has 300% growth rate during the past years. We have several long-term, large-scale contracts with famous law firms and corporate legal departments in major corporations in Japan and the US.

Description
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring product vision to life.
* Analyse data to understand user needs and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop a clear plan for high-impact features that align with our goals.
* Create detailed product requirements that guide the development process.
Profile
* At least 5 years of experience in software development/software engineering (any kind of software/programming.)
* Knowledge in Product Management, Agile Development, and User Research.
* Native level Japanese
* Business level English
