業務内容
担当分野において、グローバル製品戦略に沿った製品マーケティング戦略を実行し、事業目標の達成を支援します。また、マーケティング活動の推進と営業組織の支援を通じて、担当製品およびサービスの販売拡大に貢献していただきます。
主な役割
- 担当エリア・市場セグメントにおける製品マーケティング戦略を実行し、グローバル戦略に基づく製品価値提案（Value Proposition）および市場ポジショニングを策定・展開する。
- 製品マーケティングの目標および予算達成に向けて進捗を定期的に管理し、必要に応じて改善施策を立案・実行する。
- 受注目標の達成に注力するとともに、顧客推奨度（NPS: Net Promoter Score）の継続的な向上を推進する。
- 関連事業部や製品グループと協力し、年間マーケティング計画を実行する。
- 特定市場の事業拡大を目的としたビジネスプランを策定する。
- 営業チームと連携して市場分析を実施し、製品マーケティングに関する予測および計画を立案する。
- 顧客調査結果、市場動向、競合情報を分析・共有する。
- 営業チームへ必要な資料やガイダンスを提供し、担当製品の販売活動を支援する。
- 製品知識や営業スキルに関する情報提供・トレーニングを行い、営業効率向上を推進する。

Your role and responsibilities
Implements product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Implements marketing activities and supports Sales organization in driving sales and services for their respective products.

Core Responsibilities
* Implements the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
* Achieves product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
* Focuses on achievement of orders and drives continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS)
* Executes annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.
* Develops business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.
* Coordinates market analyses with the Sales team and defines appropriate forecasts and plans related to product marketing
* Evaluates and shares customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
* Oversees the sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to the Sales team(s).
* Drives sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training (both technical and sales) to each salesperson.

Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
- The regional sales organization identifies the best technical and cost-effective solutions and assists in the preparation of complex proposals. Provide technical support during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations, and provide training on products, solutions and services. The incumbent will also manage liaison with the Microsoft engineering team in Singapore on a priority basis.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals based on customer specifications, regional LVS plant instructions, and sales organization guidelines.

- Defines the cost of the proposed solution and communicates it to the sales organization.
- In accordance with ABB policy, provides necessary information for risk reviews and participates in risk assessments as needed.
- Analyzes customer needs and competitive proposals through general market information and information provided by the sales organization.
- Analyze lost proposals, identify possible causes, and recommend future improvements in collaboration with the Sales / LVS LPG team.
- Formulate traditional and digital solutions tailored to LVS strategic customers in assigned region. Work to develop new LVS.
- Solutions that address market needs and support front line sales in promoting solutions and expanding the market.
- Create and provide training and promotional materials to effectively communicate new solutions to frontline sales and target customers.
- Work with sales and the LVS LPG team to analyze lost proposals, improve future proposals, and increase market competitiveness.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- University degree or higher
- At least 3 years of direct sales and marketing experience in low voltage systems and products
- In-depth knowledge of low voltage systems and products
- [Japanese] JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language
- [English] Must be fluent in English
- A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
