Key Responsibilities

Assists in delivering technical presentations, negotiating product specifications and creating product configuration proposals.
Assists in identifying opportunities to solve complex opportunities for customers.
Assists account sales to close business on specific products and/or services.
Assists in identifying new business opportunities within the account.
Gathers information regarding the customers strategic technical road map for the customer.
Maintains appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers. Maintains summaries of customer visits. Develops customer specific action plans and completes them on a timely basis.
