Job Responsibilities:
- Update and manage BOPs on customer systems.
- Create, revise, and manage various documents related to manufacturing processes.
- Facilitate regular meetings involving customers and offshore teams.
- Plan, develop, and provide operational support for operational efficiency tools.
- Manage progress and communicate with the offshore development team.
- Confirm requirements and organize issues through regular customer meetings.
- Coordinate with stakeholders related to design and analysis support work.
- Support manufacturing engineering operations at sites of major manufacturing companies in the aerospace sector.
- Connect customers with offshore teams.
- Support business improvement and DX promotion initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
- Practical experience using Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience coordinating and communicating with customers and multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering fields.
- Experience in bridge SE, PMO, and project coordination.
- Experience in programming and development of operational efficiency tools.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process management, PLM, and BOP.
- Experience collaborating with offshore teams.
- Ability to proactively take on new tasks and technologies.
Languages Required: Native level Japanese and Business level English.
