JOB DESCRIPTION The role involves taking end‐to‐end responsibility for developing, validating, and maintaining manufacturing test benches dedicated to the testing of electronic boards and assemblies.
The position is embedded in the production and engineering teams and contributes from the earliest specification phases all the way to industrial deployment.
Key responsibilities include: Test bench development — Develop production‐ready test benches, including programming, functional testing, JTAG testing, and automated sequences.
Technical documentation ownership — Act as owner of all related documents (specification, validation, maintenance) and ensure their continuous update.
Debugging tools creation — Develop and propose debugging tools to support production troubleshooting and efficiency.
Test coverage analysis — Own the Article/Bundle/Payload test coverage analysis and ensure completeness and relevance.
Test strategy definition — Propose a test strategy adapted to each project in collaboration with OPL, TL, and the Test Center.
Work instructions preparation — Prepare clear and robust work instructions for production operators.
Production support — Provide technical support to production teams when expertise is required.
Participation in gates — Participate in board and system gates throughout the product lifecycle.
Continuous improvement — Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with a strong Root Cause Analysis orientation.
Operational improvement team — Be part of improvement teams dedicated to operations optimization.
Profile requirements: You hold a Master's degree in science or engineering and have strong experience in manufacturing test engineering applied to electronic boards and industrial environments.
