[業務概要]
プロパティマネジメント業務における社内管理システム（MRI及び他自社開発システム）の運用サポート及びユーザー支援
[主な業務内容]
・社内不動産管理システム（MRI及び他自社開発システム）の各種登録業務
- 物件登録、テナント登録、ユーザーアクセス権登録
・ビジネス部門からの問い合わせ対応およびサポート業務
・システム開発に関する要望のユーザーからのヒアリングと調査
・エンジニアへの開発依頼および要件の橋渡し
・新規開発・改修後のユーザーテスト実施
・ユーザーマニュアルの作成・更新
[必須要件]
・MS Office（Outlook、Excel、Word）の実務レベルでの活用経験
[歓迎要件]
・システムの運用・サポート経験（自社システムまたはパッケージシステム）
・複数のシステムを扱った経験
・会計業務の経験または簿記3級程度の会計知識
・SQL Server使用経験
・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（メール対応等）
