Program management for a US based technology company. Working alongside the client's Real Estate team to support the planning and delivery of their corporate office program, capturing new fit outs, relocation and consolidation exercises across Japan.
The role is to manage the delivery of all office projects across Japan with a focus on supporting the capital planning and enforcing consistent operation rhythm and reporting for ongoing projects being delivered by others
【Key responsibilities】
Program Management, understanding and reporting progress of all office projects within Japan, developing project briefs to enable procurement and delivery team onboarding, maintaining consistency across the projects from a reporting, communication and gate stage process.
資格- Program Management, experience in construction delivery
- Proficient at different communication styles and methods (ppt, MSP, excel)
- English is a must to engage with clients, contractors and users
【Preferred Experience】
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information within the organizational structure to management
- Demonstrated understanding of fit-out scheduling and cost management in Japan to support effective project planning
- Ability to work autonomously, including developing reports and managing deliverables independently
- Experience in client-facing roles, including daily interaction with internal Real Estate (RE) teams, conducting bidder briefing sessions, and providing regular project updates to stakeholders
