Program Manager, Google Hardware Ecosystem

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  
• 6 years of experience in managing programs or projects within cross-organizational projects (e.g., project definition, managing risk, managing dependencies and timelines, etc.)
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Understand the complexities of mobile phone and car test benches ecosystems
  
• Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple testing projects simultaneously
  
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams collaboratively to develop both short-term and long-term solutions
  
• Excellent communicator with the ability to drive engagement with external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage testing programs that involve phones and car test benches.
• Drive various new initiatives in order to increase phone and car test benches testing capabilities.
• Interface with engineering managers and engineers across teams, estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources.
• Drive testing, track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders.
• Balance product performance with user experiences, considering the input of various cross-functional stakeholders and product teams.
