We are looking for Program Manager for Digital Transformation projects for Insurance companies
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Program manager responsible for program planning and execution within insurance sector
  • Stakeholder management at different levels in the customer organization, to ensure successful sales win
  • Manage the PM office for project planning, scope management, issue and risk management, budget management
  • Managing programs within the sector with budgets ranging from 10M yen to 100M or more
  • Identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising program quality
  • Lead cross functional teams to achieve program objectives
  • Risk management – Identify potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology
  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, program management
  • Experience in life insurance
  • Strong (near-native) Japanese skills, with business-level Japanese skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 6 years of experience in Digital Transformation
  • Experience in Agency Management Systems, Agency Portals, Claims systems
  • Experience on cloud migration or legacy migration projects
  • Experience in Cloud
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in software development life cycle
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
