We are looking for Program Manager for Digital Transformation projects for Insurance companies
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Program manager responsible for program planning and execution within insurance sector
- Stakeholder management at different levels in the customer organization, to ensure successful sales win
- Manage the PM office for project planning, scope management, issue and risk management, budget management
- Managing programs within the sector with budgets ranging from 10M yen to 100M or more
- Identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising program quality
- Lead cross functional teams to achieve program objectives
- Risk management – Identify potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, program management
- Experience in life insurance
- Strong (near-native) Japanese skills, with business-level Japanese skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in Digital Transformation
- Experience in Agency Management Systems, Agency Portals, Claims systems
- Experience on cloud migration or legacy migration projects
- Experience in Cloud
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in software development life cycle
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
