Project Analyst (Hybrid)
Full time, Tokyo, Japan
The Project Analyst is assigned to the Global Project Management Organization (GPMO) team and is responsible for coordinating and defining the scope of low to moderately complex projects. The role supports Senior Project Analysts and assists with various project activities, administrative functions, and coordination efforts.
What You'll Do
- Support project management methodologies and scoping activities from project intake through implementation
- Manage and coordinate regional scoping processes for small-scale projects
- Prepare basic project documentation, including contracts, pricing, Statements of Work (SOW), and service scope requirements
- Manage resource allocation and scheduling across functional departments for all projects
- Communicate project timelines with sales and ensure appropriate escalations
- Maintain departmental forms, templates, contact lists, and support documentation
What You'll Bring
- Prior professional experience and/or travel industry experience
- Basic to intermediate problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Ability to drive issue resolution and remove project roadblocks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
