Job Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery and support activities for APAC, including Japan.
- Manage IT projects and regional/firmwide initiatives.
- Provide hands-on application support, including operations, incident/problem management, user support, and SLA management.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and vendors on requirements, delivery, and quality assurance.
- Work with Japan and global stakeholders to plan and deliver initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and execution plans.
- Manage senior stakeholders and end users.
- Provide clear project/status reporting.
- Operate within corporate governance and information security frameworks.
Job Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT project management experience.
- Large-scale/multi-region program delivery experience.
- Technical understanding of:
- Application architecture
- Integrations
- Databases
- APIs
- Cloud/SaaS
- Hands-on application support experience.
- Vendor/offshore coordination experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and plans.
- Senior stakeholder and end-user management skills.
- Experience working within corporate governance and security controls.
- Cross-cultural collaboration experience.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Corporate real estate/facilities domain knowledge, including related SaaS and processes.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
- Experience working in multinational or APAC regional teams.
- Financial services or financial institution experience.
