We are looking for someone who puts the customer at the center of everything they do and prioritizes customer success in their work. Lastly, we value individuals who are open-minded, collaborative, and naturally embrace working across boundaries with others.
Required Skills and Experience
- Over 10 years of experience in project and/or service delivery
- Ability to build effective teams across large organizations (around 100 people) to deliver services to clients, and to lead high-performing cross-functional teams
- Capability to integrate multiple service areas to deliver seamless client solutions
- Experience in managing and governing multi-year contracts in large-scale B2B engagements
- Ability to become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding business needs and driving revenue growth
- Deep knowledge of operations management and cost estimation, with the ability to manage P&L for large contracts
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- PMP certification
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Proven track record in long-term customer relationship management
