You are highly skilled in your profession and have accumulated the necessary experience to prove it.
However, equally important is having a growth mindset—a strong desire to grow both personally and professionally. We are looking for someone who puts the customer at the center of everything they do and prioritizes customer success in their work. Lastly, we value individuals who are open-minded, collaborative, and naturally embrace working across boundaries with others.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Over 10 years of experience in project and/or service delivery
  • Ability to build effective teams across large organizations (around 100 people) to deliver services to clients, and to lead high-performing cross-functional teams
  • Capability to integrate multiple service areas to deliver seamless client solutions
  • Experience in managing and governing multi-year contracts in large-scale B2B engagements
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding business needs and driving revenue growth
  • Deep knowledge of operations management and cost estimation, with the ability to manage P&L for large contracts

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • PMP certification
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Proven track record in long-term customer relationship management
