Job Description:
This project involves the development, maintenance, and operation of internal core business systems (HR, finance, employee benefits, etc.) for a major enterprise. The objective is to improve functionality and enable data integration among multiple systems. The PM will collaborate with business departments and domain teams to drive the project forward. Responsibilities include progress and issue management, stakeholder coordination, requirements organization, coordination and promotion of deliverables from other vendors, and overall project leadership.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of PM experience
- 5+ years of end-to-end development experience from requirements definition through design and release
- 5+ years of negotiation and coordination experience with stakeholders, including non-engineers
- Basic knowledge of overall web system architecture
- 3+ years of development or operational experience using RDBMS (PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Able to commute to the office at least 3 days per week (Haneda)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Development experience or knowledge in C#, Java, PHP, etc.
- Knowledge of back-office operations such as HR, general affairs, and finance
- Experience in integration development between ERP packages and other systems
- Development and operational experience in cloud environments such as AWS
- Experience in recruiting and mentoring team members
Languages: Japanese Conversational level (N3 or above) and English Business level
