Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to support delivery of a complex technology transformation program involving platform migrations, data integration, and cross-functional coordination.
This role requires strong execution focus, structured planning, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives from initiation through closure
- Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams with interdependencies
- Drive milestone-based execution aligned to defined timelines and objectives
Planning & Governance
- Define and maintain:
- Project plans and schedules
- RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Communication plans
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure proactive mitigation
- Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders, including executive-level updates
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the central point of coordination across:
- Internal technical and business teams
- External vendors and partners
- Drive accountability and alignment across all stakeholders
- Facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and remove delivery impediments
Execution Support
- Support delivery of platform migration and integration activities
- Ensure alignment across dependent systems, teams, and timelines
- Assist in transition planning, validation, and operational readiness
Delivery Approach
- Operate within a hybrid delivery model (structured milestone-driven with selective agile practices where applicable)
- Facilitate team cadences and checkpoints as needed to maintain delivery momentum
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in Project or Program Management
- Proven experience managing complex technology or infrastructure programs
- Strong experience in:
- Cross-functional team coordination
- Multi-vendor environments
- Managing timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Exposure to security, data, or platform transformation programs
- Experience with large-scale migrations or system integrations
- Familiarity with data governance, compliance, or operational process changes
- Experience working with distributed/global teams
