Job Qualification:
- At least 5 years of practical experience in project management within the automotive industry (Tier 1 supplier or OEM)
- Familiarity with the ASPICE development framework
- Knowledge of and experience with in-vehicle ECUs
- Advanced business-level Japanese proficiency (for client) communication)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and engage diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with specific automotive development frameworks and gate-review processes (eg, P1/P2 project phases, CAA/IAR approvals, Design to Cost), or deep understanding of equivalent industry standards.
- Experience leading cross-border or multicultural teams.
Language proficiency: Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business Level english.
