The Role

【業務内容】
・Kyndrylのビジネスにおいて発生するSpendingを管理します
・プロジェクトごとの毎月のコスト実績データ取得、実績レポートを作成します(Excel)
・毎月の予実管理、サービス提供側と利用プロジェクトとのインターロック案内、年度のコストプラン策定依頼の準備/案内, プラン更新時サポート、QA対応等を行います

【必要なスキル】
・Financialな基礎知識
・Excel基礎知識(集計, Pivot)
・コミュニケーション力
・コラボレーションが必要な仕事で、チーム内、他チームとの協業や、チームメンバーをリードします
・Japan内のプロジェクトの問合せやガイド発行、案内/依頼メール対応もあるため、日本語でのコミュニケーション力、文章力が必要です
・メールやChat等のツールを利用してGlobalへの各種問合せ等を行うこともあるため、英語力(読み/書き)が必要です

社内システムのトランスフォーメーションに伴い、変化に対する柔軟な対応、必要な情報を自ら取得しに行く等、改善ポイントを提案する等、自発的な行動を希望します。

当業務を通して、実践的な経験、学習の機会等があります。知識ベースを広げたい場合でも、範囲を狭めて特定の分野に特化したい場合でも、ここでチャンスを見つけることができます。

Required Skills and Experience
•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
•Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

•Fluent Japanese (Read/Write/Speak)
Preferred Skills and Experience
•Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics
•Knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Looker, Power BI, QuickSight, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Python, R, or SQL)
•Professional certification, e.g., ASQ Six Sigma
•Cloud platform certification, e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Google Cloud Looker Business Analyst, or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
