Overview:
Able to understand complex Flows and design Test Plan for the system.
Able to execute Manual Test Cases and prepare Report
Able to work with Test Engineer to explain Test Plan and get the execution from the team.
Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Required Experience:
Test Plan Creation
Manual Testing and Report Preparation
Able to report Bugs/Reproduction Steps in Japanese/English in JIRA
Fluent level Japanese and Business level English ability
Preferred Experience:
Experience of testing IVR and Chatbot Solution
