スキル・資格
Required Experience & Skills:
• Experience in mid-career full cycle recruitment (from candidate screening to offer acceptance) in any corporate recruitment, RPO, and agency environment.
- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment process management as an In-house Recruiter or RPO Recruiter.
OR
- Minimum 3 years as an Recruitment Consultant at an Recruitment Agency or Executive Search Firms managing candidates and clients.
• Have proven experience of recruiting for IT and Technology sectors in Japan.
• Able to identify, assess and develop a qualified candidate or talent pool.
• Experienced in searching, scouting, and direct sourcing of candidates using local sourcing channels and other media channels (SNS, LinkedIn, recruitment seminars, etc.).
• Experience of communicating and negotiating with hiring stakeholders about recruitment strategy and hiring progress.
Required Language Skills:
• Japanese: N2 or above Certification. Able to Read, Write and Speak.
• English: Able to Read and Write. Or have TOEIC score above 650.
Additional Skills and Experience:
• Experience of working in a start-up environment.
• Experience in hiring new graduates and high-volume hiring.
• We welcome hiring experience in other industries and areas.
業務内容
In this role, you will be:
• Responsible to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients and partners through ACG solutions (from a new position opening to successfully filling the position).
• Working with hiring managers to establish a strategic recruitment plan and propose improvements to their recruitment methodology.
• Accurately recording and reporting recruitment data and conduct periodic review meetings.
• Responsible to updated about recruitment and hiring market trends.
• Able to build positive relationships and manage smooth communication with candidates.
• Involved in driving business critical decisions and recruitment solutions.
• Building and managing relationships with local media companies, job boards and recruitment agency partners.
• Representing ACG core values at all times.
• Able to work on complex and challenging situations that will allow you to become a full-rounded recruitment professional.
学歴
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
