職務の目的（Objectives）
- サプライヤーとの交渉を通じ、競争力のある価格および最適な購買条件を実現する
- 契約条件の交渉、契約締結後の実行・モニタリングを担う
- iBP の原材料購買要件（品質・数量・供給安定性）に対し、最適なソリューションを提供する
- 生産拠点・事業部門・サプライヤーと連携し、安定かつ持続可能な供給体制を構築する
- サプライヤーマネジメント、リスクマネジメント、シングルソース管理を推進する
- 日本向けパフォーマンスケミカルの購買および市場・サプライヤー分析を実施する
主な職務内容（Key Responsibilities）
1. 調達・契約交渉
担当原材料およびエネルギー関連製品における最適な購買条件の設定・価格交渉
サプライヤーとの契約条件交渉、契約締結および履行管理
日本におけるエネルギー・ユーティリティ契約の交渉・導入
2. サプライヤーマネジメント
サプライヤーとの関係構築・維持・改善
サプライヤー評価およびパフォーマンス管理
リスク管理およびシングルソースに対する対応策の実行
3. 市場分析・戦略提案
日本の化学・エネルギー市場の分析およびサプライヤー分析
エネルギー市場（政策、料金制度、投資動向、主要プレイヤー）の調査
コスト効率およびサステナビリティを考慮した供給モデルの提案
4. 社内連携・ソリューション提供
生産拠点・事業部門・関連部門と連携し、安定供給の確保
内部ビジネスパートナーの要件（仕様、物流、需要動向）の把握と最適提案
緊急対応時のサポートおよびカテゴリーチームとの連携
5. カテゴリー戦略およびプロジェクト推進
チームリードおよびリージョナルカテゴリーマネージャーと連携し、調達戦略の立案・検討・実行
「内製 vs 外購」の検討やサプライチェーン最適化の検討への参画
6. オペレーション・プロセス管理
SAPにおける購買申請の承認プロセス管理
監査対応・マスターデータ管理のためのサプライヤー情報収集
品質不良（NCM）発生時のサプライヤー交渉および改善推進
応募資格（Requirements）
- 化学業界における購買・営業部門での実務経験（目安：3年以上）
- 日本語での業務遂行能力および高い英語力（読み書き・会話）
- 化学品（原料・中間体・スペシャリティケミカル）やエネルギーの購買または販売経験
- SAP、Coupa 等の購買システム使用経験
- 社内外ステークホルダーに影響を与えられる交渉力・調整力
- 問題解決力とビジネス価値創出への意識
- 自律的に考え、改善提案ができるマインドセット
Objectives of the Position
· Ensure competitive and reliable procurement of raw materials (chemicals and, where applicable, energy/utilities -defined here as Natural Gas, Industrial Gas, Electricity and Renewable Energy) for BASF Japan through effective negotiation, contract management, and supplier strategy. Perform Energy and Utility market study in Japan, including policy development, tariff systems, incentive schemes, market trading, major equipment manufacturers, developers, utilities, investment fund and project pipelines.
· Negotiate with supplier for the most competitive price and/or purchase condition within given boundary
· Negotiate terms and conditions for contract, contract implementation & monitoring
· Manage supplier relationships and support the needs of internal business partners.
· Routinely engage with BASF production sites, business units and suppliers to ensure reliable supply and provide effective solution to iBP meeting their requirements
· Execute Supplier Management
· Execute Risk Management and Single Source Management · Understand Japanese Chemical Market and make supplier and market analysis of the relevant products
Minimum Education and Qualification required for the Position
Bachelor’s degree major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Economics, Business Management
+2 years working experience in procurement
Preferred to have experience in chemical purchase/sales management
Native or fluent Japanese speaker and excellent level of verbal & written English
