Regional Mktg Mgr, LSG, Japan

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Lead the activation of global and regional marketing strategies across the Japanese life science market
  • Own local market positioning, segmentation, and campaign execution to drive demand and growth
  • Partner with global Product, Outbound Marketing, and MarCom teams to localize programs and launches
  • Translate and create sales tools required for local business promotion
  • Enable and upskill sales teams through strategic training, tools, and customer‑facing support
  • Act as the marketing interface between Japan sales leadership and global marketing teams
  • Provide strategic market insights, customer intelligence, and competitive analysis to inform decisions

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, or product management within the life science industry or equivalent experience (except for IVD or medical devices or Pharma experience)
  • Strong customer‑facing and field leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and align diverse and senior‑level stakeholder groups
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and executive‑level engagement skills
  • Native Japanese and business‑level English
  • Bachelor’s (at minimum) or Master’s degree required (MBA a plus)
  • Life sciences educational background/work experience
  • Basic IT literacy for marketing
