職務内容 このロールは、AIを活用したインサイトと、顧客環境・導入状況の深い理解をもとに最適な活用（アダプション）戦略を組み立て、ソフトウェアの定着と価値実現を推進することで、契約更新とビジネス成長につなげる役割です。 具体的には、Technical Adoption Planning（TAP）の策定と実行を自ら先回りして組み立て、顧客のゴールに沿ったTAPを作成・推進することで、顧客のテクノロジー投資効果を最大化し、シスコ製品を余すところなく活用してもらえる状態を目指します。なお、TAPの作成は基本的にDesignated CSSが担い、Pooled CSSはアーキテクチャ固有の専門知識を提供する形で貢献します。 また、アラインメントワークショップをファシリテートして活用状況の進捗をレビューし、顧客が期待する成果（アウトカム）とベネフィットの実現を後押しします。これがオンボーディング、アダプション、そして契約更新の成功につながっていきます。 スケールの観点では、高度な1:Many型の技術イネーブルメントである「Expert Insight Series」を企画・提供してインパクトを広げます。AIの最新動向を含むシスコテクノロジー、競合環境、業界トレンドを常にキャッチアップし、専門家としてのガイダンスを提供するとともに、ステークホルダー向けワークショップにも参加し、アダプションビジネスの現状（共通の課題や市場トレンドなど）を言語化して伝えます。 さらに、1:1の顧客エンゲージメントやコミュニティイベントにも関わり、CXM（Customer Experience Manager）やCSM（Customer Success Manager）のTAP策定・実行をサポートします。その中で、経営層や顧客の技術的な意思決定に影響を与え、信頼されるアドバイザーとしての関係を築いていきます。 加えて、Customer Successチーム、アカウントチーム、セールス、パートナー、その他GTM関連の各チームと連携し、AIと戦略的インサイトを活用しながら顧客のアダプション促進、製品に関する懸念への対応、価値とビジネス成果につながるユースケースの発掘を進めます。顧客とシスコのプロダクトチームの間に立つ「テクノロジーエバンジェリスト」として、製品開発・改善に活かせるフィードバックを届け、顧客から挙がった構造的な製品課題についてはプロダクトチームとの連携を主導し、ユーザビリティとサービサビリティの向上を推進します。 具体的な業務内容 複数製品・複数テクノロジーにまたがる複雑な導入案件を含む、相当規模の顧客ポートフォリオのアダプションを担当。担当アーキテクチャを軸に、隣接アーキテクチャの知見も活かしつつ、AIツールを用いてアダプション上の課題を予測し、戦略を最適化します 大規模なオーディエンスや複数アーキテクチャを対象とした、幅広く高度なイネーブルメント施策を設計・提供。顧客の成熟度、ビジネス優先事項、技術スタックに合わせてセッションをカスタマイズします 顧客組織内に社内チャンピオンを育て、多様なステークホルダーと関わりながら、相互の成長につながる関係性を強化します TAPの作成と実行をオーナーとして担い、社内チームやパートナーと連携して、アダプション活動がタイムリーかつ的確で、効果を測定できる状態を担保します セッションのゴールをAIから得た示唆をもとに設定し、グローバルチームと協働して一貫したサポートを提供することで、顧客の期待値をマネジメントします 中級レベルのデモ環境を構築・活用してコンサルテーションを実施し、顧客のビジネス課題を分析して解決策を提案します テレメトリや利用状況データからアダプションのギャップを特定し、顧客に先回りして働きかけて解消します フィードバックを収集し関連チームに共有することで製品改善にインプットを行い、継続的な価値創出のためのデータツールの活用を促進します 共通ニーズに対して、1:Many型のイネーブルメント（定期開催のExpert Insight形式のセッション）を導入します アダプション計画を製品のケイパビリティと顧客のアウトカムに紐づけ、ビジネスニーズを技術的なステップに翻訳します（例：インシデントアラートを削減するための特定アラート、ダッシュボード、ワークフローの有効化） 顧客のトポロジーを再現した、中程度に複雑なラボを構築・運用し、本番展開前に連携動作やエッジケースを検証します 再利用可能なスクリプトやチェックリストを作成し、よくある作業（ベースライン設定、ヘルスチェックなど）を効率化します 現場から得たインサイトを集約し、製品改善やユーザビリティ・サービサビリティの向上に反映させます 技術的な知見をもとに改善提案を行い、サービスチームと協働してアダプション手法そのものを進化させ、イノベーションを推進します 主要アカウントについて、部門横断のチーム（IT、セキュリティ、運用など）をカスタマーサクセスのゴールに向けて一枚岩にまとめます ワークショップやワーキンググループをファシリテート・リードし、アダプション推進と顧客課題の解決を図ります
