SUMMARY
The senior operational transformation lead for Avanade Next. Focuses on the core processes that run an organisation every day and helps clients move beyond incremental automation to redesigned work, measurable productivity and sustainable operating performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Leadership & Market Presence
- Own the Complex Process Transformation domain across APAC.
- Lead major productivity and operating performance agendas across back-office and core operational processes.
- Develop a practical market voice on AI-enabled productivity, controls and redesigned work, carried with clients and into the Microsoft field.
Executive Advisory & Business Growth
- Advise Boards, COOs, CFOs and operations leaders on cost-to-serve, capacity, quality, speed and resilience.
- Originate and shape mandates where productivity and operational performance are the primary agenda.
- Partner with Industry Leads, Account Teams and Microsoft account teams to convert process opportunities into signed work, including co-sell where Azure AI and Copilot investment is already in flight.
Transformation Leadership
- Take clients from process diagnosis to a redesigned, agent-enabled operating model with a working prototype.
- Design process architectures across finance, procurement, supply chain, claims, underwriting, order-to-cash and shared services.
- Partner with Value Architects and FDEs to prove the value pool and demonstrate the process can run.
Capability & Practice Development
- Build process transformation capability through hiring, mentoring and leadership.
- Contribute process diagnostics, operating patterns and reusable assets to the APAC library.
- Partner with Customer Experience & Channels where mandates span front-office and back-office operations.
KEY MEASURES
- Domain method and diagnostics published and in use within the first two quarters.
- 3 to 5 active mandates with a process transformation workstream.
- Redesigned processes progressing to production and sustaining benefits after go-live.
- Direct contribution to qualified pipeline and signed transformation revenue.
- Value pools verified by Value Architects after deployment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years in process transformation, operations consulting or operational leadership with implementation experience.
- Deep command of process diagnosis, value pools, controls and operational economics.
- Practical understanding of agentic systems and what they change about process design.
- Experience across more than one core process domain such as finance, procurement, supply chain, claims, underwriting or shared services.
- CXO credibility with COOs, CFOs and operations leaders.
- Experience reinventing processes inside regulated or audited operating environments, where controls and evidence matter as much as efficiency.
