Time & Material(T&M)ビジネスを管理・推進するJapan T&M Leadを募集しています。
本ポジションは、日本T&Mビジネスの実行、財務可視性の確保、ステークホルダーとの連携、コンプライアンス対応準備、およびRPB、カスタマーサポート、ファイナンス、Service Supply Chain(SSC)、Field & Channel、Revenue Operations(ROPS)、ならびに関連チームとの業務調整を担います。
Japan T&M Leadは、T&MのオーナーシップをAPJ RPBへ移管する過程において、重要な役割を果たします。
本ポジションは、日本市場におけるビジネス継続性を確保し、Go-to-Marketおよびコンプライアンス対応の実行を支援し、事業パフォーマンスをモニタリングするとともに、主要ステークホルダーと連携して、保証期間外取引におけるお客様体験の向上に貢献します。

HP’s Replacement Parts Business is looking for a Japan T&M Lead to manage and drive Japan’s Time & Material business under the APJ RPB organisation. This role will be responsible for Japan T&M business execution, financial visibility, stakeholder alignment, compliance readiness, and operational coordination across RPB, Customer Support, Finance, Service Supply Chain (SSC), Field & Channel, Revenue Operations (ROPS), and related teams.
The Japan T&M Lead will play a critical role in the transition of T&M ownership to APJ RPB. The role will ensure Japan market continuity, support go-to-market and compliance execution, monitor business performance, and partner with key stakeholders to improve the customer experience for out-of-warranty transactions. Our vision is to be customer’s first choice for repairing and upgrading HP devices through genuine spare parts.
The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, stakeholder management capability, operational discipline, financial awareness, and the ability to work with sensitive company information. Experience in services, customer support, replacement parts, T&M, pricing, order management, invoicing, or finance-related operations is strongly preferred.
