Position: Sales Representatives

Job Description:

We are on behalf of our Client, a BPO company, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representatives for their business expansion in Japan.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for overseeing the branch activities, evaluating the local market, acquiring new projects, new clients, negotiating contracts with Japanese clients, and developing key customer relationships. This role also manages customer
lists, generate sales reports for the Japanese market, and actively engage in marketing and business networking to enhance the branch and company's presence. Additionally, the Sales Representative involves participating in trade events to connect with potential customers and contribute to overall company growth.

Legal Entity Representation:
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison between the branch and legal authorities.
- Provide legal advice and support to the branch.

Sales Management:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Together with the Sales team from Vietnam to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Operational Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes if needed

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years in B2B Sales, experience in branch management is preferable.
- Proven track record in sales leadership and legal entity representation.
- Experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.


Education requirements

- Degree: University/ College
- Major: Business administration, quantitative finance, economics, or similar
