Position Details
Building and managing the framework for risk management, compliance, and information security within the Advertising Business Division.
- Education & Training:
Planning and creating educational content (e-learning, training materials, etc.) regarding risk, compliance, and information security.
Managing target audience lists for e-learning, tracking completion rates, and promoting participation.
- Risk Management:
Identifying risks in the advertising business and developing/executing risk management plans.
Managing information during incidents, formulating/implementing recurrence prevention measures, and preparing reports.
Crisis management and response (e.g., during natural disasters).
- Compliance:
Maintaining and updating the list of compliance officers.
Analyzing, formulating, and operating compliance programs (identifying issues and countermeasures).
- Quality Management:
Conducting advertising-related audits for JICDAQ certification renewals (Brand Safety and Ad Fraud prevention).
Supporting the launch and sunsetting processes of new services.
- Information Security:
Conducting security assessments and promoting the implementation of security measures.
Monitoring ISMS compliance status, facilitating remediation, and preparing reports.
- Communication & Reporting:
Managing and updating the internal portal site dedicated to risk, compliance, and information security.
Preparing reports and presentation materials related to the above tasks.
- Stakeholders:
Primary Partners: Business units, including Advertising Sales, Ad Operations, and Media Management teams.
Collaborators: Corporate Risk Management, Compliance, and Security divisions.
Reporting Line: Senior Company Management.
- Work Methodology:
We aim to strengthen our risk management framework by continuously running the cycle of "Education → Monitoring → Assessment → Improvement → Reporting & Communication."
Example (ISMS Risk Management):
1. Create and distribute ISMS educational content.
2. Monitor ISMS compliance status and gather information.
3. Analyze gathered information and formulate improvement plans.
4. Execute improvements and evaluate their effectiveness.
5. Compile results into a report and present them to stakeholders.
6. Continuously iterate the cycle.
- Scope of Responsibility & Career Path:
Initially, you will start with foundational tasks such as monitoring and information organization, with full team support.
In the future, we expect you to grow into a role where you autonomously manage the full cycle—from education to reporting—for specific areas such as compliance or ISMS.

Mandatory Qualifications:
Experience:
Professional experience in any of the following fields:
Risk Management, Compliance, Information Security, Internal Audit, General Affairs, or Legal Affairs.
Skills:
- Proficiency in basic PC skills (ability to create materials using Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to organize information logically and translate it into clear, written documentation.
