As a member of the Eureka Robotics Japan sales team, you shall be responsible for accelerating and growing sales by developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing ones, facilitating relationships between our partners/customers and Eureka development team.

You would work closely with partners and customers to build and nurture relationships and drive business growth in Factory Automation and Precision Manufacturing across industries such as Optics, Automotive, Electronics, Logistics, etc., where high agility and precision is desired. You would also explore opportunities in new applications and industry areas where our key technologies are a direct fit.

The candidate is identified as a business/commercial executive with a proven track record in sales and business development of high-tech B2B products. He/She comes with a good domain understanding and network. He/She would be highly motivated, autonomous, and able to deep-dive into technology and business aspects. He/She would be able to influence and work with high-profile customer stakeholders.

The candidate would be based out of Eureka Robotics Tokyo office, and be willing to travel extensively and be flexible to work across international time zones.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Japan Head of Sales in meeting and exceeding sales targets quarterly for Japan
  • Own and drive business metrics for business expansion and customer satisfaction in targeted areas or accounts
  • Leading pre-sales activities for enterprise accounts. Build sales pipeline and pitch proposals for technology integration solutions
  • Preparing techno-commercial proposals and leading negotiations with partners/customers. Liaison with clients for RFIs, RFQs, requirement gathering, and solution delivery
  • Work closely with Eureka development team to assess and build desired solutions to address customer needs and successful delivery of the solutions
  • Identify innovative ways to acquire new enterprise customers by transforming their end-to-end automation delivery experience using the Eureka Robotics' suite of solutions
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Applications, Business, Finance) to structure problems, analyse opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations through a rigorous data-driven process
  • Contribute to, and execute partner and customer enablement programs to drive optimal usage and best practices for our products and solutions
  • Competitive benchmarking through market research
  • Travel within the region can be extensive with some international travel

Qualifications

  • 5+ yrs of sales and business development experience in high-tech products
  • Experience preparing and driving techno commercial proposals and account plans
  • Strong Factory Automation / Precision Manufacturing / Automation domain knowledge and experience
  • High level of ownership, being extremely resourceful with limited resources and information. Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigour and business excellence
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences with excellent data driven approach
  • Excellent stakeholder manager with strong negotiation and people management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree from a top tier institute preferably in technology. Master's Degree / MBA is preferred
  • Native level communication skills in Japanese and intermediate level or above in English
