仕事内容

当社の在宅医療で使用される医療機器(人工呼吸機器、睡眠時無呼吸症候群の治療に関わる機器、それに関わる消耗品)の営業をお任せ致します。
営業先は医療従事者(医師、看護師、臨床検査技師など)病院関係者になります。
当社の製品を売り込むだけでなく、使用方法の説明、勉強会の実施など、安全で正しく使用できるためのサポートを行います。

Job Description
・既存顧客の維持、新規処方の獲得ならびに新規顧客・市場の開拓・育成を行う。
・複雑な顧客情報の収集・分析に基づく、具体的な行動計画の策定・実行を行う。
・ソリューションビジネスの拡大
・地域 KOL の窓口対応となる。
・Dr 処方に従った患者様在宅使用の機器の導入を行う。
・担当施設・患者様の器械を正確に管理する。
・院内ルールの遵守、倫理にかなった営業活動をする。

・売上目標を達成する。
・社内業務(売上処理、器台管理)
・その他、 緊急対応

<転勤>
有り。将来的にマネージャーとしての活躍を期待しております。様々な経験を積んで頂くために、将来的に転居を伴う転勤が発生致します。(社宅などの補助あり)

求める経験
・学歴:大卒以上
・営業経験 3 年以上(法人・個人問わず)
・在宅医療に興味をお持ちの方
・過去入社者の 8 割以上が医療業界未経験者です。業界未経験の方でも OJT などでしっかり研修致します。

【業務内容】医療機器に関する営業
【契約期間】期間の定めなし
【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より 6 ヶ月)
【就業場所】全国各支店
【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間:1時間
【残業】月 30、40 時間程度
【休日】年間休日 125 日、毎週土(所定休日)・日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12 月29 日~1 月 4 日)私傷病休暇、有給休暇、慶弔休暇等
【有給休暇】初年度 20 日付与(入社月により異なる)
【時間外労働】みなし勤務時間制
【月給】基本給+みなし手当て(基本給 25%)×12 ヶ月+インセンティブ 30%
