Essential Experience and Skills:
- Internal Experience Required: A minimum of 12 months' experience in digital marketing and ad sales, startup growth, agile support, and AI/tech innovation, with a proven record of consistent, strong performance that meets our client expectations.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in the targeted market's language(s) and have a very good command of English (at least B2 level).
- Digital Marketing Expertise: 1-year Essential experience in social media and digital marketing preferably for our client platform. Knowledge of other advertising platforms is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are needed.
- Sales Experience: At least 3 years overall of strong sales-oriented experience, entrepreneurial thinking, and a "go the extra mile" attitude including:
- Proven ability in building relationships and effective multi-touch cross/upselling throughout relationship.
- Immediate implementation or adoption of personalized client recommendations.
- Delivering exceptional customer experience through a multi-touch cross/upselling
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, having accountability of own metrics and results.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive outreach to the assigned book of business
- Identify & prioritize revenue growth opportunity with ability to project & forecast revenue based of seasonality and client's priority
- Consultative Sales: Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales to achieve client goals.
- Portfolio Management: Responsible for managing a portfolio of medium business clients to grow their revenue and our client's revenue.
- Client Needs Analysis: Prioritize outreach plans based on an understanding of clients and their needs.
- Market Research: Gain a fundamental understanding of industries, market(s), and client business models to customize experiences for local advertisers.
- Tailored Solutions: Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Product Optimization: Engage with clients proactively and reactively to frequently assess and optimize product performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements for ad products and customer experiences.
- Knowledge Development: Develop and maintain expert working knowledge of our advertising solutions and their impact on performance.
Additional Information:
- Native Japanese candidates currently residing in Japan ONLY
- Immediate joiner – training will commence remotely from Japan from 1st July 2026
- Upon Employment Pass (EP) approval, the successful candidate will be required to relocate and commence work in Malaysia

Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: MYR 9,800 – MYR 10,500
- KPI Allowance: Up to RM 1,800 per month (subject to performance)
