セールスチーム強化のため、新たなメンバーを募集しています。
本ポジションは、これまでのご経験やスキルに応じて
セールスコーディネーター～セールスマネージャーのいずれかの役職で採用いたします。
■ 主な業務内容
【共通】
- 法人・旅行会社・団体からの問い合わせ対応
- 見積作成・契約書作成
- 社内関連部署との調整（フロント・宿泊予約・F&Bなど）
- システム入力・データ管理（OPERA / その他ツール）
【経験に応じて】
- 既存顧客との関係構築・深耕営業
- 新規顧客の開拓
- 売上目標の設定・達成
- 市場分析・競合分析
- セールス戦略の立案・実行
- チームメンバーの指導・育成

■ About the role
Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre Midosuji is looking for a new team member to strengthen our Sales team.
Depending on your experience and skills,
you will be hired as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Manager.
■ Key Responsibilities
General responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from corporate clients, travel agents, and groups
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Coordinate with internal departments (Front Office, Reservations, F&B, etc.)
- Manage data and systems (OPERA and other tools)
Depending on experience:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Proactively acquire new business opportunities
- Set and achieve sales targets
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Coach and support team members
■ Requirements
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality or sales
- Basic PC skills
- English communication skills
- Experience in OTA or group sales
