Description
As the Country Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading and driving sales activities within Japan. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales within the Machine Tool industry. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
* Leading and motivating sales team to maximise performance and productivity.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand market presence.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
* Providing regular sales forecast and reports to senior management.
Profile
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or a similar field).
* Min. 10 years of working experience preferably in Machine Tool industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
