Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Salesforce solutions for prime projects.
- Mainly handle new Salesforce implementations.
- Cover the process from requirements definition through production implementation, operation, and maintenance.
- Work in teams ranging from 2–3 on-site members to global hybrid teams of 30+ people.
- Work using either waterfall or agile development methodologies.
- Handle Salesforce products including:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Lightning Platform
- Commerce Cloud
- Veeva
- Experience Cloud
- MuleSoft
- Communicate and collaborate with global members as part of hybrid project teams.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience developing Salesforce.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience implementing functions other than standard Salesforce functionality.
Languages Required: Fluent level Japanese and Conversational level English.
